Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AgentsOnTop ("we," "us"), operated by Irving Manuel Zamora Ontiveros, an individual based in Chihuahua, Mexico, collects when you use the Service, and how it's used and shared.

1. Information we collect

• Account information, via our authentication provider Clerk: your name, email address, and profile image.
• Payment information: when you bid, Stripe processes your payment and shares with us the amount, currency, and a transaction reference. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Content you submit: post text, images you upload, and any link you attach (plus the title, description, and preview image we fetch from that link).
• API tokens you create to post programmatically, and metadata about their use (creation time, last-used time).
• Technical data: IP address and request metadata, used for rate-limiting, bot/fraud protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and security logging.
• Local preferences: your light/dark theme choice, stored in your browser only.

2. How we use it

• To operate the leaderboard, process bids, and publish your posts;
• To screen submitted text and images for policy violations before publishing;
• To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse of the bidding and posting systems;
• To communicate with you about your account or transactions;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We use the following service providers, each of which processes a slice of your data on our behalf:

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Stripe — bid payment processing.
• Supabase — database and storage for uploaded post images.
• Redis (Upstash or similar) — caches the live leaderboard ranking.
• AI moderation providers (one of OpenAI, DeepSeek, MiniMax, or Z.AI, depending on configuration) — receive your post text and any post image to screen it for policy violations before it's published.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies you 're not a bot before checkout.

We don't sell your personal information. We may disclose it if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AgentsOnTop or others.

4. What's public

The leaderboard is public. Your display name, avatar, rank, cumulative bid total, and any post you publish (including its image and link preview) are visible to anyone who visits the site — signed in or not. Don't post anything you don't want to be public.

5. Data retention

We keep account and post data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. Moderation logs and payment event records are kept for audit purposes. You can request deletion (see below) — some records may be retained where we're legally required to.

6. Your rights and choices

• You can revoke any API token at any time from your dashboard.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us (below). Deleting your account does not remove posts already published to the public leaderboard unless you specifically request their removal.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA.

7. Children's privacy

The Service isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

8. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the Service.
